SKLPC Winter Wonderland

A fun filled family day – Ice Skating, Fun Fair, Santa’s Grotto, Pantomime, Food Stalls, Live Entertainment, Arts & Crafts, Craft Market & Grand Finale Laser Light Show

Please Note: Park Entry tickets are mandatory for entrance to additional attraction like the Ice Skating, Grotto & Pantomime.

You must purchase a park entry ticket to enter Winter Wonderland. This is in addition to the activity tickets.

What are your opening times?

10am -9pm. The Car Park will close by 10pm.

How much is entry to SKLPC Winter wonderland ?

Entry is £8 for adults and £5 for children 11 years and under. Under 2 free Tickets bought at the entrance gates are the same price.

Are there concessions for carers ?

If you are a carer for a person with access needs, you will be required to provide evidence of this on arrival and you will be offered free entry. Please note that all persons with access needs will still require a standard ticket for entry which can be purchased online or at the gate.

If I book my tickets online, will I need to queue to get in?

Yes, you will still need to queue on arrival. All visitors will be admitted on a first come first served basis at a slow pace to avoid congestion inside the venue. Please note that other members of your party cannot queue on your behalf.

Are any of your rides suitable for those with access needs?

Unfortunately, none of the rides are suitable for those that have access needs, such as requiring the use of a wheelchair. Please consider this when booking ride tokens as all bookings are non refundable.

Am I guaranteed entry?

If you book your admission online before you visit, you will be guaranteed entry. There are a small number of tickets available on the day, however, we advise you to arrive as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Can I leave the venue and come back in again?

Yes, you can. There is a one-way in and a one-way out policy at the venue to maintain correct social distancing and capacity control. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you chose to leave you will be counted out. If you wish to re-enter you will have to re-join the queue and be counted back into the venue. You will also need to show your ticket.

How long is entry valid for?

Entry is valid for the duration of the time we are open from 10am -9pm.

Where are we located?

We are located at Shree Kutch Leva Patel Community Centre (UK) West End Road, Northolt, UB5 6RE.

What are the age restrictions for the rides?

Our rides are restricted by height regulations. We always recommend customers to check height restrictions before purchasing tokens for a particular ride.

What if it rains or we experience bad weather?

We always consider public safety first and therefore will only open if weather conditions are right and not dangerous.

What Card Payments do you accept?

We accept all debit/credit cards except American Express.

Can I use my debit/credit card to pay for tokens and entry?

Yes you can use your debit or credit card to purchase ride tokens and pay for your entrance.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately not, only guide dogs are permitted.

Do you have alcohol on site?

No, We will not be serving any alcoholic drinks on site, nor are any to be bought onto site. Management has right to refuse entry if it is found that they have bought alcohol on our premises.

Will I be required to show ID to enter winter wonderland?

You must be at least 16 years old to enter the Winter Wonderland unless you are accompanied by an adult. Our security may ask for a valid form of ID if you attempt to enter without an adult, this should be either a passport, provisional driving license or another form of Government issued ID. Please note, photographs of ID are not considered valid.

Can I take photos/videos?

You are able to take photos of your family with low-res hand-held devices, smartphones etc, but not of other families. Visitors are not permitted to bring any other photography, high-res or long lens cameras or video equipment into the event under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this rule.

What security measures do you have in place?

We have a team of fully trained SIA certified security staff on site at all times. We conduct bag searches, so please be prepared for this. You may also be asked to open bottles of liquid for inspection. We will also be performing pat-downs and body searches (by female staff where appropriate) if we feel it necessary and have handheld metal detectors.

I have tested positive for COVID-19, can I get a refund?

We have a no refund policy for all bookings, however, if you contact us via email we will gladly aim to move your tickets to another more suitable event.  We ask you to not visit us if you have a positive test or are showing any symptoms of Covid-19.

Will there be penguin supports available at the Ice Rink?

Yes, these are available on a first come first served basis.

What will the maximum people allowed in the grotto?

Santa’s Grotto – A maximum of 6 adults per child can meet Santa. So bring the grandparents with you.

What is the minimum age for ice skating?

There is a minimum age of 4yrs old for the ice skating and children must be accompanied by an adult.

How will the Pantomime seating be allocated?

The pantomime show is free seating but will allocate space at the front for children to view. Please come early so the performance is not disrupted by late arrivals.
